Terms of Arrangement

Deposit & Tribute Payment

A deposit of 35% of the Tribute agreed (UK Sterling) via bank transfer/international transfer from an account in your name into my UK business bank account, after our initial phone introduction, is required to confirm our appointment and reserve the accommodation. To fulfil our appointment, the remaining Tribute payment must be settled, with cleared funds (UK Sterling) into my UK business bank account, no later than 24 hours before our appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule, 48 hours' notice before our appointment is required for a partial refund of the deposit (50%). Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in no refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit both the deposit and remaining balance. In the unlikely event that I must cancel our appointment, your deposit and any balance payments made will be refunded in full.

All correspondence with me is private and personal and your personal information is kept confidential as set out in this website's Privacy Policy.
