Terms of Arrangement

A deposit of 50% of the Tribute agreed (UK Sterling) via bank transfer/international transfer from an account in your name into my UK business bank account, after our initial phone introduction, is required to confirm our appointment. The remaining Tribute payment (50%) is to be again transferred into my UK business bank account with cleared funds (UK Sterling), no later than 48hrs before our appointment to secure your place, otherwise no obligation to fulfil our appointment shall exist.

Due to limited available appointments, Tribute deposits are non-refundable to compensate for preparation time, travel and location reservation. At my discretion, Tribute deposits may be transferable to a future available date provided you compensate for any costs already incurred. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice or no-shows will result in 100% of the remaining Tribute balance due. There are no refunds for your non arrival on the day of our appointment due to travel disruptions/cancellations, illness or any unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that I must cancel our appointment, your deposit and any balance payments made will be refunded in full.

All correspondence with me is private and personal. Never share our emails, messages or phone conversations with anyone other than yourself. Please refrain from taking any photographs or making any video or voice recordings of me without my permission and/or consent. Likewise, I ensure the same privacy and courtesy and that your personal information and correspondence is kept confidential as set out in this website's Privacy Policy.
